I don't think adept armor exists anymore. If this pic were taken recently, I'd wager that it's the Elementalist set, possibly from a collector. The pant design is similar to the male Elementalist gear, but I can't base the rest on that as I haven't actually seen a pic associated with female Ele sets.

Does anyone know which collector gives these?

I tried getting them from the desert collectors and I get the bra and panties set

The mesmer ones look nice though.. that set above looks... professional!

Nope you can't.. there is only the ele, aeromancer, geomancer... you know.. the lot, but not this set

This is indeed the elementalist's set. There are 2 different graphics for the elementalist sets (and for all "crappy" armors for every profession): a crafter's set and a collector's set. This is the crafter's set (whereas the collector's looks like a dress, similar to the 15K aeromancer leggings.)

So basically, stat-wise, you can buy them, but no collector will give you the set with these graphics, because collector armor differs from crafter armor in appearance.
